Arab Finance: Online food ordering app Talabat and CocaCola Egypt have signed a one-year partnership agreement to support local restaurants and help boost their sales, according to an emailed press release on February 22nd.
The partnership will see CocaCola’s partner-restaurants enlist under a newly-created “Coca-Cola Collection” on the Talabat platform, in order to raise the restaurants’ brand awareness and improve their offerings to drive sales.
Also, Coca-Cola will invest in in-app marketing tools and channels on behalf of the restaurants to attract new customers.
In addition to supporting restaurants, the partnership aims to enhance customer experience by offering exclusive offers and discounts.
Commenting on the partnership signing, Hadeer Shalaby, Managing Director of Talabat Egypt, said: “Our long-standing partnership with Coca-Cola not only advances our mission to leverage technology and strategic partnerships to enable partners unlock substantial growth, but also compliments our offering of world-class service at an affordable price through the talabat platform.”
