Arab Finance: Egyptian Media Production City (EMPC) saw a 97.61% year-on-year (YoY) increase in its consolidated net profits after tax and minority interest during 2022, according to the firm’s financial statement sent to the bourse on February 23rd.

The company achieved a net profit of EGP 271.187 million in 2022, compared to EGP 137.236 million in 2021.

The company’s total operating revenues increased to EGP 666.5 million, compared to EGP 526.06 million in 2021.

For standalone businesses, MPRC’s profits after tax amounted to EGP 342.504 million, up from EGP 27.123 million.
