Arab Finance: M.B Engineering’s (MBEN) consolidated net profits after tax and minority interest dropped by 9.42% year on year (YoY) during 2022, according to financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on March 5th.
The company reported consolidated net profits attributable to the parent company of EGP 4.761 million in 2022, down from EGP 5.256 million in 2021.
However, the firm’s sales rose to EGP 212.577 million last year, compared with EGP 195.382 million a year earlier.
Standalone net profits after tax rose to EGP 598,395 in 2022 from EGP 176,191 in 2021.
Established in 1990 and listed in 2014, M.B Engineering is a public company, which operates within the capital goods sector and focuses on construction and engineering.
