Arab Finance: Obour Land for Food Industries (OLFI) will distribute cash dividends worth EGP 0.95 per share to shareholders for 2022 earnings as of March 23rd, according to a bourse filing.

The eligibility in distribution will be for shareholders until the end of trading session dated March 20th.

On February 25^th, the company’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved the payment of EGP 0.95 per share dividends for 2022 earnings.

It is worth noting that the company recorded consolidated net profits attributable to the parent company of EGP 462.39 million in 2022, marking a 31.85% year-on-year (YoY) growth.

Established in 1997 and listed in 2016, Obour Land for Food Industries is an Egypt-based manufacturing company, which is specialized in the production, processing and packaging of white cheese.
