Vertika’s profits fall by 21.68% YoY in 2022

Arab Finance: Vertika for Industry and Trade (VERT) posted a 21.68% year-on-year (YoY) decrease in net profit after tax for the year ended December 31st, 2022, according to the financial statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on March 8^th.

The company recorded a net profit after tax of EGP 687,516 in 2022, compared to EGP 877,782 in 2021.

Revenues declined to EGP 11.161 million last year from EGP 23.847 million a year earlier.

Founded in 2005 and listed on EGX in 2013, Vertika offers information technology and business consulting services, while developing and distributing software and applications.
