Raya Contact Center logs EGP 46.4M consolidated profit in 2022

Arab Finance: Raya Contact Center Co (RACC) recorded a consolidated net profit after minority interest of EGP 46.395 million in 2022, climbing by 120.6% from EGP 21.03 million in 2021, according to the company’s financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on March 12th.
The company generated consolidated revenues of EGP 1.216 billion last year, up from EGP 789.319 million in 2021.
As per the standalone financial statement, Raya Contact suffered a net loss after tax of EGP 11.105 million in 2022, versus a net profit of EGP 27.062 million in the year before.
Raya Contact Center is an Egypt-based company, operating with outsourcing services as well as a contact center, back office, inside sales, and professional services.
