Arab Finance: The Egyptian Financial and Industrial Company (EFIC) has decided to pay cash dividends worth EGP 5 per share to shareholders for 2022 over three installments, according to a disclosure on April 5^th.

The first installment of EGP 2 per share will be paid to shareholders on April 19^th, while the second and third, each worth EGP 1.5 per share, will be disbursed as of July 18^th and October 18^th, respectively.

The eligibility in dividends distribution will be for shareholders on a record date of April 12^th.
