CIB records EGP 7.09B block trading transaction

Arab Finance: Commercial International Bank Egypt (CIB) registered a block-trading transaction worth EGP 7.092 billion, the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) stated in a bourse disclosure on October 8th.

The transaction was executed on 73.50 million shares.

In the first half (H1) of 2025, CIB reported a 21.05% year-on-year (YoY) surge in consolidated net profits after tax and minority interest.

Profits hit EGP 33.345 billion, compared to EGP 27.547 billion in H1 2024.
