ACGC sells EGP1.47M stake to Bayt El Khebra Group

Arab Finance: Bayt El Khebra Group has purchased 475,635 shares in Arab Cotton Ginning Company (ACGC) for EGP 1.47 million , according to shareholding disclosure on January 15^th.

The group raised its stake in Arab Cotton Ginning to 6.174% from 5.995% at an average price of EGP 3.09 per share.

ACGC is an Egyptian company specializing in the textiles and clothing industry sector. The company works in cotton ginning and trading its products domestically and internationally.
