Arab Finance: The GrEEK Campus and MQR have signed a definitive merger agreement to set up Egypt’s largest community of entrepreneurs, according to a press release on June 12th.

Under the deal, both companies will have over 50,000 square meters of combined commercial areas across Egypt and a community of more than 3,500 members representing over 450 companies.

However, the two companies will continue to operate separately under a conjunctive management through 14 combined locations.

Both firms will also establish several new projects, roll out a brand-new workspace concept, and provide comprehensive and integrated design-build, furnishing, and procurement services in the coming 12 months.

They will also offer powerful and smooth-running services via a unified online platform, which is expected to be launched by 2024.

“This collaboration represents a new era of cooperation and innovation in the workspace industry, and we believe it will help our member companies drive economic growth and create new jobs,” GrEEK Campus’ Chairman and Founder Ahmed El Alfi commented.

“Our new combined offering to our real estate partners will accelerate our expansion and seamlessly plug into any location,” Co-Founder and COO of MQR Sherif Ashraf said.
