Arab Developers, Meadis seal deal to manage Nyoum October’s commercial units

Arab Finance: Arab Developers Holding has signed a partnership agreement with the retail developer Meadis to manage the former’s commercial units of Nyoum October’s project, an emailed press release showed.

The deal is part of Arab Developers’ strategy to scale up its revenues from commercial activities, in addition to providing integrated services to Nyoum October’s residences.

As per the agreement, Meadis will oversee the preparation and finishing stages of Nyoum October’s commercial units.

This is along with operating, developing, managing, promoting, and leasing of the units as well as signing respective contracts, publishing advertisements, and attracting sponsors exclusively.
