Arab Finance: GB Corp (AUTO) reported a 15.5% year-on-year (YoY) decrease in consolidated net profits attributable to parent company during the first half (H1) of 2023, recording EGP 608.252 million, compared to EGP 719.864 million, according to the company’s financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on August 15th.
Operating revenues dropped to EGP 10.751 billion in H1 2023 from EGP 15.675 billion in H1 2022.
As for the standalone statement, the company registered net losses amounting to EGP 1.130 million during the January-June period of this year, with no standalone net profits or losses reported for the comparable period.
