Arab Finance: North Cairo Mills Company will distribute cash dividends worth EGP 1.75 per share to shareholders for fiscal year (FY) 2022/2023 as of November 8^th, according to a disclosure on October 17^th.

Eligibility in the dividends distribution will be for shareholders of a record date on November 2^nd.

It is worth noting that the company achieved net profits after tax of EGP 61.616 million in FY 2022/2023.

North Cairo Flour Mills, a subsidiary of the Holding Company for Food Industries, is an Egypt-based public shareholding company engaged in the food processing industry sector.
