International Business Corporation’s profits shrink 48% YoY in 9 months

Arab Finance: International Business Corporation for Trading and Agencies (IBCT) reported a 48% year-on-year (YoY) decline in net profits after tax during the first nine months of 2023, according to the company’s financial income statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on November 14th.

The company achieved net profits after tax of 778,939 in the nine-month period ended September 30th, compared to EGP 1.508 million in the same period of 2022.

Revenues rose to EGP 32.098 million in the January-September period of the current year from EGP 24.742 million in the same period last year.

Established in 1994 and listed in 2012, International Business Corporation is a public company that operates within the automobiles and components sector, with a focus on auto parts and equipment.
