Arab Finance: North Upper Egypt for Development and Agricultural Production (NUDAP) reported a 68.3% year-on-year (YoY) decrease in consolidated net profits attributable to the parent company in the first nine months of 2023 to EGP 339,059 million, versus EGP 1.071 million, according to a filing on November 15th.
Sales hit EGP 29.486 million in the January-September period, up from EGP 15.969 million in the same period a year ago.
The company’s standalone net profits after tax totaled EGP 372,865 in the nine months ended September 30th, down from EGP 1.085 million in the corresponding period of 2022.
NUDAP is an Egypt-based public shareholding company that operates in the agricultural sector. The company is primarily engaged in producing and trading agricultural chemicals such as fertilizers, insecticides, and pesticides.
