Spinalex to disburse EGP 0.05/share dividends in December

Arab Finance: Alexandria Spinning and Weaving Company (Spinalex) will distribute cash dividends of EGP 16.032 million, equivalent to EGP 0.05 per share, for fiscal year (FY) 2022/2023 on December 14th, a statement revealed on November 27^th.

The eligibility in distribution to shareholders will be until December 11th’s trading session.

Spinalex is an Egypt-based public shareholding company engaged in the cotton and textile industries through manufacturing, trading, and exporting cotton flowers, yarn, thread, cotton fibres, and related textile products.

The company’s yarn manufacturing plant consists of cotton blowing, carding, drawing, roving, spinning, and winding mills.
