Madinet Masr, Beltone’s seven offer home-finishing finance

Arab Finance: Madinet Masr Finishing Solutions, a subsidiary of Madinet Masr for Housing and Development, has entered into a partnership agreement with Beltone Holding’s unit seven for Consumer Finance, according to a statement.

The collaboration offers an integrated model that combines advanced services with flexible and innovative financing solutions. This will allow homeowners to complete and renovate their residential units through financing solutions with tenors of up to five years.

In line with the real estate developer’s vision to build an integrated property ecosystem through specialized verticals and strategic partnerships, Madinet Masr Finishing Solutions will lead execution and technical delivery to the highest quality standards.

Meanwhile, seven will provide tailored financing solutions that enable customers to manage costs with greater flexibility and clarity.

Through seven’s expertise in consumer finance, homeowners will be able to finance their unit finishing and renovation works without upfront financial pressure, ensuring premium finishing quality aligned with their individual preferences.
