Arab Finance: AMAN Holding, a subsidiary of Raya Holding, has graduated the first cohort of its Aman Nexus Program, a talent development initiative aimed at training young professionals through a six-month program, as per a press release.
The program focuses on building skills in data science, technology, and product management, with the aim of improving integration and collaboration between AMAN’s business units.
The graduation ceremony was attended by senior leadership, including Ahmed Khalil, Hazem Moghazi, Mohamed Wahby, Marwa Hamza, and Karim Bahgat, alongside department managers and sector heads.
The Aman Nexus Program is designed to support coordination across the organization by enabling the flow of ideas and projects between departments.
It also addresses knowledge gaps between teams to support collaboration and the development of solutions across business and technical functions.
Participants in the program completed 21 collaborative projects focused on improving interaction between technical teams and other business units.
The initiative reflects AMAN Holding’s focus on developing human capital to support a digital economy aligned with Egypt Vision 2030.
Through building specialized skills and supporting local technology development, the company aims to contribute to Egypt’s fintech sector and broader economic growth.
