Arab Finance: Amer Group Holding has launched the Winter Beach destination at Porto Sokhna, enabling visitors to enjoy a seaside experience in both summer and winter, according to an emailed press release.
The destination features heated zones, large-scale water attractions, and dedicated pools for adults, offering an all-season leisure experience.
This launch comes as part of Amer Group’s strategy to enhance entertainment offerings at Porto Sokhna and reinforce its position as a year-round tourism destination.
Covering around 9,000 square meters of water surface, Winter Beach comprises three main zones designed to cater to different visitor preferences.
The Wavy Beach zone offers an indoor beach experience with artificial waves, while the Aqua Park Pool includes a variety of water games and activities tailored for families and children. Meanwhile, the Adults Pool provides a quieter and more private setting.
Winter Beach also includes a two-level commercial complex featuring a range of restaurants, cafes, and retail outlets, in addition to a spa and wellness center.
To mark the launch, Amer will host a grand concert on October 8 featuring Lebanese superstar Ragheb Alama.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, the group’s consolidated net profits attributable to the holding company jumped by 191.88% year-on-year (YoY) to EGP 62.882 million from EGP 21.543 million.
