Arab Finance: El Ahli Investment and Development’s (AFDI) consolidated net profits after tax and attributable to the parent company decreased 86.98% year on year (YoY) in 2025 to EGP 4.205 million from EGP 32.311 million in 2024, according to financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on July 27th.
Revenues increased to EGP 183.082 million in 2025 from EGP 175.273 million the year before.
For the standalone business, the company recorded net profits after tax of EGP 37.236 million last year against net losses worth EGP 27.462 million in 2025.
El Ahli Investment and Development is an Egypt-based company engaged in the provision of investment services within the Egyptian and regional capital markets.
