ERC records 8.4% decline in Q1 2026 consolidated profits

Arab Finance: Egyptian Resorts Company (ERC) posted 8.46% lower consolidated net profits attributable to the parent valued at EGP 11.445 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, versus EGP 12.503 million in Q1 2025, according to the financial results.

Earnings per share (EPS) hit EGP 0.01 in Q1 2026, while total revenues hiked to EGP 74.526 million from EGP 49.602 million.

As for the standalone results, the company recorded net profits amounting to EGP 9.782 million in the first three months of 2026, compared to EGP 10.192 million a year earlier.

Non-consolidated revenues jumped to EGP 68.989 million from EGP 46.194 million.

At the end of December 2025, the company suffered consolidated net losses attributable to the parent company valued at EGP 119.025 million, against profits of EGP 186.751 million in 2024.
