Arab Finance: Fintech company Fawry and Creative Digital Solutions (CDS), an Odoo Gold Certified Partner, have launched a direct integration between the Fawry Business Tap N Pay application and the Odoo business management system, as per an emailed press release.

The integration automatically synchronizes transactions completed through Tap N Pay with Odoo, linking them to sales orders, invoices, and accounting ledger entries. The process reduces manual data entry, limits human error, and accelerates financial settlements while giving merchants a unified view of their sales, payments, and accounting records.

Using SoftPOS technology, the solution allows businesses to accept contactless payments from bank cards and e-wallets through near-field communication (NFC)-enabled smartphones and tablets without traditional point-of-sale (POS) devices. Transactions are recorded and settled in real time within the merchant’s business management system.

The service is aimed at businesses across Egypt, particularly those operating in retail, wholesale, food and beverage (F&B), and manufacturing.
