Arab Finance: Fertilizer prices witnessed a notable decline, while iron and cement prices rose in Egyptian markets on Tuesday, March 31st, according to the Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC).
The price of ammonium sulfate decreased by 6.3% to EGP 17,862 per ton, while the price of ammonium nitrate fell by 1.3% to EGP 23,371 per ton.
Similarly, the price of urea also declined by 1.5% to EGP 23,983 per ton.
Meanwhile, the price of gray cement edged up by 0.9% to EGP 4,045 per ton.
The price of investment-grade steel also climbed by 1.3%, reaching EGP 37,297 per ton.
The price of Ezz Steel reached EGP 39,346 per ton, reflecting a daily increase of 1.2%.
