Fertilizers, building materials mixed on August 11

Arab Finance: Prices of fertilizers and building materials varied on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, according to data from the Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC).

The price of a ton of ammonium sulfate reached EGP 18,842, reflecting a 0.7% daily increase.

A ton of ammonium nitrate declined by 1.8% to EGP 24,625, while urea dropped by 0.8% to register EGP 25,325 per ton.

The price of grey cement recorded EGP 4,122 per ton, with a 5.3% increase daily.

Investment-grade steel amounted to EGP 38,167 per ton, marking a slight drop of 0.4%.

Ezz Steel reached EGP 39,403 per ton, reflecting a 1.1% decrease daily.
