Fertilizers, building materials prices stable on October 4

Arab Finance: Prices for various fertilizers and building materials showed stability on Sunday, October 4, 2026, according to data from the Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC).

Ammonium sulfate hit approximately EGP 20,714 per ton, marking a daily increase of 1%.

The price of ammonium nitrate went up by 0.7% to EGP 24,358 per ton.

Urea was priced at EGP 24,941 per ton, falling 0.7% daily.

Regarding building materials, the price of grey cement hit EGP 4,070 per ton, up 1.1% daily.

The price of Investment-grade steel remained stable at EGP 38,088 per ton.

Meanwhile, Ezz Steel was quoted at EGP 40,225 per ton, rising 1% daily.
