Food commodities, vegetable prices mixed on October 4

Arab Finance: Prices for several basic commodities and vegetables varied on Sunday, October 4, according to data from the Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC).

Packaged rice remained stable at EGP 34.4 per kilogram.

Flour was priced at around EGP 28.2 per kilogram, falling by 2% daily.

Packaged sugar declined by 2.8% to EGP 35.8 per kilogram.

Sunflower oil was priced at EGP 104.4 per kilogram, rising 0.2% daily.

Regarding vegetables, the price of tomatoes stood at EGP 24.1 per kilogram, marking a daily surge of 6.8%. The price of onions hit EGP 18.2 per kilogram, rising by 1.7% daily.
