HD Bank posts 12.8% YoY surge in H1 2026 consolidated profits

Arab Finance: Housing and Development Bank (HD Bank) reported consolidated net income after tax valued at EGP 10.781 billion in the first half (H1) of 2026, an annual surge of 12.8% from EGP 9.560 billion, according to the financial indicators.

Interest income hiked by 14.1% year on year to EGP 22.006 billion in H1 2026 from EGP 19.294 billion.

As for the standalone results, the lender posted 11.2% higher net profits after tax at EGP 9.924 billion than EGP 8.927 billion in H1 2025.
