Arab Finance: International Company for Agriculture Crops (IFAP) recorded consolidated net profit after tax attributable to the parent company of EGP 450.933 million in the fiscal year (FY) 2025/2026, 3.52% year-on-year (YoY) lower than EGP 467.383 million, according to the financial results.
Net sales increased to EGP 2.599 billion from EGP 2.112 billion, while earnings per share (EPS) declined to EGP 0.93 from EGP 1.11.
Standalone net profits after tax amounted to EGP 432.970 million at the end of June 2026, up from EGP 124.739 million in FY 2024/2025. Likewise, standalone EPS climbed to EGP 0.90 from EGP 0.30.
It is worth noting that IFAP logged net profits valued at EGP 210.058 million at the end of March 2026, compared to EGP 128.447 million a year earlier.
