IFAP obtains regulatory nod for EGP 500M authorized capital increase

Arab Finance: The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) approved increasing the authorized capital of the International Company for Agriculture Crops (IFAP) to EGP 1.5 billion from EGP 1 billion, according to a bourse statement.

The board proposed the EGP 500 million hike to support the company’s growth and expansion plans while reinforcing its financial position.

At the end of March 2026, IFAP registered net profits valued at EGP 210.058 million, up 63.53% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 128.447 million.
