Arab Finance: Mohamed Ayman Kamal El Din Mohamed Abdul Khaliq Korra sold 202.578 million shares in Korra Energi at an amount of EGP 409.311 million, according to a statement.
He cut his stake in the company to 51.26% from 60.26%, with an average price of EGP 2.021 per share.
Wilzy Securities and Brokerage was the broker for the transaction, which was executed on October 21.
The businessman earlier increased his ownership in Korra Energi to 74.05% from 72.46%. On October 18, he purchased 82.705 million shares at a total value of EGP 205.192 million, with an average price of EGP 2.48 per share.
