Arab Finance: Standalone net profit after tax of Maridive and Oil Services hit $4.550 million in the first half (H1) of 2026, against net losses of $22.317 million in H1 2025, according to the unaudited financial results.
Revenues rose by 11% year on year (YoY) to $43.092 million at the end of June 2026 from $38.785 million, while earnings per share (EPS) reached $0.010, compared to a loss per share of $0.047.
Maridive achieved standalone gross profit of $19.72 million, an annual rise of 30% from $15.19 million.
Operating costs as a percentage of total revenues decreased by 7% compared to the previous financial year, due to expense rationalization in accordance with the company’s policies.
In the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, the EGX-listed company turned profitable, with a standalone net profit after tax of $1.889 million, versus a net loss of $23.955 million in Q1 2025.
