Prices of fertilizers, building materials varied on April 1st

Arab Finance: The prices of fertilizer and building materials in the Egyptian market witnessed varying changes on Wednesday, April 1^st, as per the Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC).

Ammonium sulfate was priced at EGP 19,096 per ton, marking a daily jump of 6.9%.

The price of ammonium nitrate edged up by 0.5% to EGP 23,484 per ton.

Urea recorded a daily increase of 0.6%, reaching EGP 24,122 per ton.

In the building materials sector, the price of gray cement rose by 2% to EGP 4,127 per ton.

Meanwhile, the price of investment-grade steel fell by 1% to EGP 36,910 per ton.

Ezz Steel cost EGP 38,805 per ton, reflecting a daily drop of 1.4%.
