Arab Finance: QNB Egypt's consolidated net profit after tax and non-controlling interests rose 26.3% year-on-year (YoY) in the first nine months of 2026, the bank’s financial statement showed on October 11.
Profits reached EGP 28.054 billion in the nine months ended September 30, compared to EGP 22.211 billion in the same period last year.
Net interest income surged to EGP 44.367 billion in the period from January to September this year, up from EGP 36.074 billion in the first nine months of 2025.
Regarding the standalone business, the bank earned EGP 26.938 billion in net profit after tax, slightly up from EGP 21.575 billion.
Established in 1978, the bank provides dedicated products in corporate banking, financial advisory, project financing, structured financing, trade financing, cash management, and foreign exchange. It also managed to establish a strong bond with its various corporate clientele whether large domestic corporations, subsidiaries of multinational companies, medium caps, or SMEs.
