Raya Holding registers 17.15% drop in H1 2026 consolidated profits

Arab Finance: Raya Holding for Financial Investments generated consolidated net profits attributable to the holding company worth EGP 739.102 million in the first half (H1) of 2026, an annual decline of 17.15% from EGP 892.043 million, according to the financial statements.

Revenues jumped to EGP 33.787 billion in H1 2026 from EGP 27.778 billion.

Regarding standalone business, the company generated net profits after tax worth EGP 1.259 billion in the first six months of 2026, up from EGP 580.116 million in H1 2025.

Non-consolidated revenues increased to EGP 1.540 billion at the end of June 2026 from EGP 1.245 billion a year earlier.
