Rabie also reviewed administrative and institutional developments implemented by the SCA as part of its 2030 strategy, which focuses on empowering young talent through advanced training programs, upgrading vocational training centers, establishing a Center for Innovation and Excellence, and further developing the Maritime Training and Simulation Academy.
