Arab Finance: Naad for Investments and Development reduced its stake in Egypt for Poultry (Egypco) through two transactions at a combined value of EGP 40.86 million, according to bourse disclosures.
The first transaction, executed on August 13, involved the sale of 2.100 million shares for EGP 24.954 million, equivalent to an average price of EGP 11.88 per share.
The second deal, implemented on August 16, included the sale of an additional 1.300 million shares at an average price of EGP 12.241 per share, a total value of EGP 15.913 million.
Hence, the company's total stake in Egypco was reduced to 3.567%.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, the EGX-listed company logged net consolidated profits attributable to the parent company worth EGP 6.699 million when compared to net losses of EGP 5.331 million a year earlier.
