Arab Finance: Egyptian digital investment and wealth management platform Thndr Technology has changed its name to Thndr Technology Holding, according to a disclosure to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
Licensed by Egypt’s Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) and regulated in the UAE, Thndr provides retail investors with access to financial markets through its mobile application.
The platform allows users to trade stocks listed on the EGX and access US and UAE markets, depending on their location. It also offers fractional investments in physical gold and a range of mutual funds, including equity, growth, and savings funds.
In July, the FRA granted Thndr a license to operate a real estate investment fund.
A month earlier, the company launched Thndr Gold, enabling users to buy, sell, and track 24-karat gold directly through its app.
