EGX ratifies Misr Kuwait Investment’s purpose amendment

Arab Finance: The Listing Committee held on Wednesday 02/03/2016 has approved Misr Kuwait Investment and Trading Co. (MKIT) to publish disclosure report to conduct procedures of calling extra-ordinary general assembly (EGM).

EGM will review amending article number 3 from article of incorporation, through adding other activities to the company's purpose.

EGX added the company is committed to convene EGM within a month from disclosure report announcement.
