March 31: Misr Kuwait EGM to review amending company’s purpose

Arab Finance: Misr Kuwait Investment and Trading Co. (MKIT) called extra-ordinary general assembly convened on March 31.

EGM will review amending articles 3, 5, 8, 9, 10, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 39, 41, 42, 44 and 55.
