EGX says ALICO submitted listing documents to amend company's purpose

ArabFinance: EGX administration announced Arab Real Estate Investment CO.-ALICO (RREI) has submitted listing documents to amend article number 5 from the article of incorporation, through extending company’s activity for a new period.

It is worth to mention, the article stipulates the company's activity period which has been extended from June 18, 2016 to June 17, 2041.
