EGX ratifies ALICO's statute amendment

ArabFinance: The Listing Committee held on July 20, 2017, has approved listing the statute of Arab Real Estate Investment CO.-ALICO's (RREI) amendment.

It is worth to mention, the company has submitted listing documents to amend article number 5 from the statute of the company in order to expand its activity for another 25 years starting from June 18, 2016, and ending June 17, 2041.
