ALICO says it has no beach lands or lands next to highways

ArabFinance: Arab Real Estate Investment CO.-ALICO (RREI) announced in a statement sent to the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX) that the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has allocated two land plots in order to establish a national projects in Six of October city and Badr city, totalling 20 acres for each one.

The company added that it does not own beach lands or lands next to lands next to highways that exceed 10,000 sqm.
