FRA oks El-ezz Aldekhela Steel subscription, right issue’s due date on March 2

ArabFinance: The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) approved to publish EL Ezz Aldekhela Steel - Alexandria's (IRAX) invitation for existing shareholders to subscribe to the capital increase shares.
The company will issue 12,175,202 shares at par value of EGP 100 per share with issuance outlays of EGP 1076.85. The issued capital will be hiked from EGP 1,336,441,300 to EGP 2,553,961,500 with an increase amounting to EGP 1,217,520,200
The shareholders on record of March 02, will be entitled to subscribe to 91.10% of their stake in the company's share capital. The subscription will be opened for one month, starting March 05, 2020, until the ending of the trading session on April 05, 2020.
The right issue will be traded separately from the share from March 05, till the ending of the trading session on March 31, 2020.
