NAEEM Holding approves 3-year board members

ArabFinance: The shareholders of NAEEM Holding for Investment (NAHO) approved on March 30^th the new board members.

Until 2022, the chairman of NAEEM will be Hussein Ali Hussein Shobokshi, according to April 2nd EGX disclosure.

In addition, Youssef Mohamed Medhat Youssef Al Far has been announced as the deputy chairman.

The remaining board includes Nasser Al Mohawes, Ahmed Saad Abdul Latif, and Mohamed Ali El Sayed Ali.

Meanwhile, the non-executive board member has been announced as Mubarak Ahmed Mohamed bin Fahd Al Muhairy.
