Ceramica Remas Q1 profit slips

ArabFinance: The Arab Ceramic Company (Ceramica Remas) (CERA) posted an 82% Year on Year decline in its net profit in Quarter one (Q1) of 2020, according to the company's June 14th financial statements filed to the Egyptian Exchange.

Net profit reached EGP 1,468,698 in Q1 2020, compared to EGP 8,540,963 achieved in Q1 2019.

In 2019, the company posted net profit of EGP 18,637,372, compared to EGP 22,917,633 posted a year ago.

Ceramica Remas is an Egypt-based public shareholding company engaged in the construction supplies industry sector. The company is primarily involved in the production and distribution of sanitary ware sets and ceramic tiles.
