Government awards EGP 21M projects to Arclam

ArabFinance: Arab Company for Land Reclamation (Arclam) (EALR) was assigned by the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation to rehabilitate two canals for EGP 20,682,500, according to the company’s September 14th statement.

The company will overhaul the canals of Kom Al Siwyed and Mansheya for EGP 9,674,500 and EGP 11,008,000, respectively.

In the first nine months of 2019/2020, the company incurred a net loss of EGP 3,807,818, against a profit of EGP 251,160 in the prior-year period.

Arab for Land Reclamation is an Egypt-based public shareholding company that operates in the engineering and construction sectors.

The company is active in land reclamation and division; real estate purchase, sale, and development; housing development and management of coastal, inland, and agricultural properties, and general contracting in the coastal and desert areas.
