ArabFinance: Al Shams Housing and Urbanization (ELSH) sold 11 land plots for commercial, medical, residential, in addition to 5 residential buildings in Six of October City, according to Al Mal News.

These lands were sold in the public sealed-bid auction.

Al Shams Housing posted a net profit of EGP 49.259 million in quarter one 2021.

Al Shams is primarily focused on the purchase and lease operations of lands for the purpose of developing, managing, selling, and leasing out property and buildings, as well as offering contracting, construction, maintenance, and management services to residential, touristic, and administrative structures.
