Raya Contact Center’s net profit hikes 52.8% YoY in H1

Arab Finance: Raya Contact Center (RACC) posted a consolidated net profit after tax of EGP 9.76 million in the first half (H1) of 2021, down by 52.8% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 20.66 million in H1 2020, according to statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

Consolidated revenues declined by 2.5% YoY to EGP 376.56 million in the January-June period of 2021, compared to revenues of EGP 386.22 million.

Meanwhile, the company incurred a standalone net loss of EGP 11.18 million in H1 2021, versus a net profit of EGP 48.43 million in H1 2020.

Raya Contact Center is an Egypt-based company engaged in the provision of business process outsourcing services. Its services are structured into four divisions: contact center, back office, inside sales, and professional services.
