Raya Contact Center nods to financial advisor’s FV study on Gulf CX

ArabFinanceRaya Contact Center (RACC) announced that its board of directors has approved the report conducted by the independent financial advisor Solid Capital regarding Gulf Customer Experience’s (Gulf CX) fair value (FV), according to a statement filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

The report has estimated the total value of Gulf CX at $15.683 million, Raya Contact Center added.

In August, Raya Contact Center agreed on purchasing 335,829 shares or 85% of Gulf CX’s capital for $14.32 million.

Raya Contact Center is an Egypt-based company engaged in the provision of business process outsourcing services. Its services are structured into four divisions: contact center, back office, inside sales, and professional services.
