ArabFinance: North Upper Egypt for Development and Agricultural Production (NUDAP) announced that shareholder Hani Mohamed Mahmoud Mostafa has sold 2.09 million shares in the company, according to a shareholding disclosure filed to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).
The shareholder has cut his stake in the company to 3.39% from 6.685%.
The transaction has been carried out at a value of EGP 2.33 million, equivalent to an average price of EGP 1.122 per share.
It is worth noting that NUDAP incurred a consolidated net loss excluding minority shareholders’ interest of EGP 7.76 million during the first nine months of 2021, up from EGP 389,806 in the year-ago period.
